Once you have qualified in a second round competition the centre will return the results to Trailblazers.  You will be sent a schedule, entry form and a form to book a stable and shavings if required.  If you require a stable just return the stables form along with your entry form, all the stables are temporary so we order as many stables as are requested at the close of entries. 

It is very important that you leave your name; address and telephone number with the centre at the 2nd rounds so that your schedule can be sent out to you.

To take up your qualification to the Trailblazers Championships please fill in your entry form and stables form and return if along with a Stamped Addressed Envelope (A5 sized, 229mm x 162mm) to the following address:-

Please make sure you have put the correct postage on your envelope, it makes a difference as to what size and how thick your envelope is. 

Upon receipt of your entry to the Trailblazers Championships, Trailblazers will send you a confirmation of entry card saying they have received your entry form in the stamped addressed envelope you have enclosed. 

The confirmation of entry card you will receive will have a number on it, this number relates to

• your entry form
• Stables booking
• Shavings order. 

It is not your competition number or the number of your stable.  These will be issued to you when you register at the secretary's office.
