Update on Dressage Qualification 2021
We are aware that due to the Covid-19 Pandemic there are a number of Trailblazers Qualifier Venues that are not able to run Second Round Trailblazers Dressage Qualifiers. Therefore, in order to provide an opportunity to all those who have first round qualification to enable them to qualify for the Trailblazers Championships, we have made the following changes to the qualification process for the Dodson & Horrell Dressage Championships on 24 & 25 July 2021.
Competitors may now email the following information directly to the Trailblazers Show Secretary at firstname.lastname@example.org .Entries will open on 14 June and close on 10 July.
1. Send a picture of a test sheet from a dressage competition held at a Trailblazers Venue at the correct level competition for which you wish to qualify from any dressage show held between March 2021 and 28 June 2021, which was not a first round qualifier. The test sheet must be clear to read and show the name of the venue, date of competition, name of horse and rider, level of competition and have a score of 63% or above to be accepted. Test sheets from virtual competitions are not permitted.
2. Send a picture which is clear to read of their Trailblazers Dressage Qualification Card. This must be for the same level of dressage competition as the test sheet. Remember that all Trailblazers qualification cards say 2020 and you may have purchased the card anytime from May 2019.
3. Confirm your name and your Trailblazers membership number, horses name, email address, phone number and level at which you wish to qualify on the email.
Qualification information should be emailed before entering the SEIB Trailblazers Championships and all qualification emails must be received by the Trailblazers Show Secretary by 8 July 2021. You will only be contacted by the Secretary if your qualification is not valid or there is a query on the information provided.
In the unlikely event that dressage entries for the finals at the SEIB Trailblazers Championships become oversubscribed, then the Show Organisers reserve the right to ballot entries and priority will be given to those who qualified in Second Round Dressage Qualifiers. Anyone balloted out will be provided with a full refund.
