There are a wide selection of In-hand, Ridden and Working Hunter classes (see schedule).
CLARIFICATION OF HEIGHTS AND AGES.
Riders must have attained their 3rd birthday by the day of the show.
Lead Rein-9 years old and under
First Ridden-12 years old and under.
Young Handler-12 years old and under
Rider/handlers ages are taken from the 1st day of the Showing National Championships
Horses/ponies must be four years old and over in all ridden classes. The age should be calculated from the 1st January in the year of their birth.
HOW TO QUALIFY FOR THE SECOND ROUNDS.
At Trailblazers first round showing competitions, competitors are awarded a qualification pack towards the second round competitions, if they achieve a top four placing in each class.
SECOND ROUND SHOWING & WORKING HUNTER.
Every centre can run only one Second Round for each class that they have run 1st rounds classes for over the series, and you need to have qualified in that class to enter. If you have qualified in the class and take up that Qualification you can choose which centre you wish to go to for your Second Round, it does not have to be the centre you qualified at.
